It's all been fun and games previously but now it looks like Soulja Boy's facing serious legal trouble over his gun-toting ways. The charges came after his arrest on December 15.

The "Crank That" rapper was arrested last December at his home in Hollywood Hills, Calif., after police received a Crime Stoppers tip that Soulja was threatening people online with guns. One of them was reported stolen from a Huntington Beach police vehicle. He faces four years in jail if convicted. You can recall Soulja Boy has been brandishing guns on his Instagram page previous year and one person even filed a police report that the rapper threatened them with a gun on social media. It turns out possessing the Mini Draco AR-15 he has flaunted on Instagram is illegal in California-go figure.

Way pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles court, the Los Angeles Times reports.
