President Obama's law meant to protect funding for reproductive health centers, like Planned Parenthood, through Title X-the only federal grant program dedicated to providing family planning and preventive health services.
Currently, Planned Parenthood gets federal funding through programs like Title X and Medicaid, which cover STD testing, cancer screenings, birth control access, and other health needs for people who wouldn't be able to afford them. Guess Ivanka Trump's meeting with Cecile Richards really didn't do much.
