June is knocking on the door, and Sony wanted to leave their players in suspense about what games will become available as part of the PS Plus June 2017 subscription.

The news comes via the official PlayStation Japan website that lists the PS3 500GB shipments as "ended", according to gaming blog Gematsu. This information came out as a tweet from them. They realized their mistake and deleted the main tweet.

In Killing Floor 2, players must fight against waves of zombies using a variety of weapons. Killing Room 2 is a game from Tripwire Interactive.

Despite the end of the device, the games that are compatible with PS3 will continue coming. However, it will all be alive whenever there is a game compatible on PS 3 arrives. PlayStation Plus is used for playing online, but also offers discounts and online storage.

I know some people don't care about Life is odd, but the reality is that it's the complete opposite kind of game to something like Killing Floor 2, the latter of which is a hard-boiled, balls-to-the-walls, guts-and-guns, bloodfests from top to bottom. In case you hadn't already heard, thanks to an earlier leak, two of the titles included for the first month of summer are Dontnod's episodic title Life Is Strange and Tripwire Interactive's Killing Floor 2. It's a point in click game that is basically a prettier version of the average Telltale game.

Sony would eventually right the PlayStation 3 ship somewhat by making changes to the console's price and basic design. Again, if you want it on a separate platform it's only $19.99 on Steam and Xbox One, however it runs just fine on PlayStation 4 for free next month. However, it isn't 100% confirmed.

Some of the most-loved games on the PlayStation 3 are Uncharted Series, The Last of Us, Metal Gear Solid 4: Sons of the Patriots, several Yakuza titles, and five Ratchet & Clank games.
