  • Taylor Swift Testifies In Court Over DJ Who Allegedly Touched Her Inappropriately

'It was a definite grab. She claims a former radio host groped her before a concert in Denver in 2013. "He stayed attached to my bare ass cheek as I lurched away from him".

"The elder Swift said she "wanted to vomit" when her daughter told her: "'Mum, a guy just grabbed my a.at the meet-and-greet'". However, nobody else saw what went underneath the skirt, as she did not have anybody "positioned there". "It was a very shocking thing".

The singer's mum went on to explain they opted not to report the alleged assault to the police, because they didn't want the incident to to "define" Taylor's life. The ex-radio personality, David Mueller, lost his job after the incident went public and sued the singer for $3 million Dollars in damages. USA Today reported that Swift spent just over an hour on the stand, where she said that Mueller "grabbed my a- underneath my skirt".

Mueller has denied that the groping happened at all.

Swift's mother testified yesterday (August 9), telling the courtroom that her daughter was "really shaken" and "humiliated" by the incident. "So in my opinion, I knew he touched her", he said. "I know that it happened".

The singer said she told Mueller and his girlfriend Shannon Melcher, who was also in the photo, "thank you for coming" in a monotone voice before they left.

"Mueller has been hurt and wants his good name back and he wants to be fairly compensated for income he lost and ability to earn income in the future", McFarland said in court on Tuesday.

The Edmond Fire Department even captured wonderful video from the moment the quake struck. More than an hour after the quake, nearly all customers had their power restored.

Swift said she tried to get as far away from Mueller as she could after the photo was taken, and that she did not say anything because she did not want to disappoint several dozen people waiting in line for photos with her.

Swift's reply: "Your client could have taken a normal photo with me". But when shown the photo in question, Call said, Mueller responded: "Well, if it did happen, it was accidental". Mueller, seeking up to $3 million in damages, said that it was in fact his co-worker, Eddie Haskell, who had grabbed the singer. Swift countersued for assault and battery, and is asking for $1.

When she was pressed on why she did not alert her bodyguard backstage when the KYGO DJ touched her, Swift frankly admitted that she was too shocked to do so.

Swift's certainty about the alleged assault was also questioned, but Swift remained steadfast, and stood firmly by her initial statements.

She claimed her photographer witnessed the incident and took a picture of it.

The 27-year-old singer alleges that David Mueller grabbed her during a photo opportunity at a 2013 concert in Denver - while he is counter-suing, arguing that the accusations are false and cost him his job. Taylor was asked if she felt anything about it and she said, "I'm not going to let you or your client make me feel in any way that this is my fault".
