The US president lashed out on Twitter at the mayor of Puerto Rico's capital over what he implied was insufficient gratitude for federal help in the wake of Hurricane Maria.
He then retweeted videos from the military and other emergency responders working in Puerto Rico.
Mnuchin says the entire Trump administration is "very much focused" on helping Puerto Rico.
