  • Nelly Accused Of Sexual Assault By Two New Women

Nelly's countersuit comes after Greene's amended complaint claimed the rapper sexually assaulted two other women in England. Nelly has a "pattern of conduct" that demonstrates he "preyed upon his selected female fans", the lawsuit argues.

In the document, the first unnamed accuser (referred to as Jane Doe 1) accuses the rapper, whom she met during VIP meet-and-greet at his London concert on June 9, 2016, of grabbing her leg and placing his hand under her skirt without consent.

In addition, Nelly says her claims cost him a lot of money too. She alleges that he invited her backstage and had a member of his security separate her from her friends. The document does not state whether or not Jane Doe 1 filed a police report, and Jane Doe 2 allegedly considered going to the police after her incident but thought she would not be believed. "This isn't amusing. This is a real nasty litigation that's going on now. They have chosen to go after her in a way that I have never really seen", Koehler said of the woman. Nelly believed they "were drawn to and could not resist his penis", according to the complaint.

She says he proceeded to assault her, after she "refused to consent", and forced her into both oral and penetrative sex, pleading with her to stay with him all weekend. Once aboard the tour bus, Nelly allegedly took Greene to his bedroom at the rear of the bus, closed the door, and began masturbating in front of her. Nelly allegedly pulled up his trousers, walked towards her, and again dropped his trousers and started masturbating. She says Nelly "is particularly attracted to women who were resistant". The damage is done, but Nelly is fighting back.

Daniels was planning to go public in the weeks ahead of Election Day in 2016 but very suddenly decided against doing so. Trump allegedly hooked up with the X-rated star at the Edgewood Tahoe golf tournament a year after he married Melania.

Nelly was arrested on his bus parked at a Seattle-area Wal-Mart in October after the fan, a 22-year-old college student, called 911 about the alleged assault.

The attack described by "Jane Doe no. 2" is much more graphic.

Nelly's lawyer has previously slammed sexual assault allegations against his client. At that point she was finally able to get out of his reach and flee the room. Prosecutors have said they can't pursue a criminal case against Nelly because the woman decided not to cooperate with authorities.
