On Sunday's episode of 60 Minutes, the Oscar victor talks with Bill Whitaker about why she made a decision to drop out of middle school at 14 to pursue an acting career.
"I dropped out of middle school", confessed Lawrence in a CBS teaser.
Lawrence admits she never received a diploma or a GED, but she says the time she spent forging her acting career was well worth it.
"Especially dealing with some of the content of the movie, she and I worked really closely together to make sure that worked well within the story and the themes and the character", Francis said, referencing the movie's nudity and violent content.
"I know exactly what it would look like if somebody felt that way. That was a whole part of my brain that I didn't even know existed", said the 27-year-old.
